Our building is located on the beach and this unit has a partial beach view. Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance. Everything is here for your convenience, just bring your clothes and sunscreen! Building interior is non-smoking, smoking is permitted on balcony only. On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.
